This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard information when you visit radiancevisual.com (the “Site”), submit enquiries through our contact form, or interact with our online advertising.

How we collect: information you voluntarily provide via our contact form.
Usage Data
IP address, browser type, device ID, pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URL
How we collect: automatically via first-party cookies and server logs.
Marketing & Attribution Data
Ad-click identifiers (e.g., gclid, fbclid, li_fat_id), campaign tags, social-media identifiers
How we collect: third-party tracking pixels and cookies from Meta/Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Sensitive data: We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (e.g., health, biometric, religious or political information).
4. Why We Process Your Data & Our Legal Bases
Responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) – contract
We use your name and email to reply to messages you send and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Sending marketing communications (newsletter, service updates)
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) – consent
We will only send marketing emails if you have opted in. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or contacting us.
Measuring ad performance & retargeting
Legal bases: GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) – consent (for non-essential cookies); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interests (for basic, anonymised analytics)
We use marketing pixels/cookies to understand how effective our Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns are and to show you relevant ads.

6. Data Sharing & International Transfers
We only disclose personal data when necessary:
Service providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, CRM, analytics) who process data under confidentiality agreements.
Advertising partners (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Google Ireland Ltd., LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) for ad measurement and remarketing.
Professional advisers & authorities such as auditors, lawyers or regulators where required by law.
Some recipients are located outside Serbia/EU. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions or other lawful mechanisms to protect your information.
7. Data Retention
Contact-form submissions: retained for 24 months after our last communication, unless you request deletion sooner.
Marketing subscription lists: retained until you unsubscribe or after 3 years of inactivity.
Cookie identifiers: retained for the durations listed in Section 5.
Server logs: retained for 30 days, unless needed for security investigations.
8. Your Rights
Under Serbia’s Law on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the right to:
1. Access the personal data we hold about you.
2. Request correction or deletion of inaccurate data.
3. Object to or restrict processing of your data.
4. Receive your data in a portable format (“data portability”).
5. Withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect processing already carried out).
6. Lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11000 Belgrade) or another competent supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident, you also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know, delete and opt out of certain data uses. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CCPA.To exercise any of these rights, please email info@radiancevisual.com.
9. Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures such as HTTPS encryption, secure server configurations, regular backups and role-based access controls to protect personal data.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 16. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page and, where appropriate, we will seek your consent. The revision date at the top reflects the latest version.
